The apt is awesome. Its on the ideal floor 3rd with a 2 floor walk up,Southern exposure so LOTS OF LIGHT. It overlooks a big green backyard area with tons of trees. The 1st bedroom fits a king size bed, dresser, etc & has a closet and window. The second bedroom fits a queen, dresser, half closet and window. The living room had a mini L couch & table, and there's even a dining room and walk in kitchen. The bathroom is decently sized. There is a laundry room in the building. The landlord is friendly and responsive. They only raises the rent about 100 a year usually and can do two year leases after the first year. Takes out of state guarantors (if needed but not mandatory) There is an exterminator that comes around every month and you and request them to visit your apt if you like. The area is awesome- There’s a huge running track on Houston a block over where Zog sports plays a lot of games. Two free Outside public swimming are a block away as well. There’s a Whole Foods down Houston street with a YMCA that has an Olympic sized swimming pool. SOHO, Lower East Side, NYU, Greenwich Village, Nolita, and of course all the East Village are close by. Oh MTA has a website now that tells you the exact minute when the bus will be on the corner. TRANSPORTATION (see MTA bus time) Ap. F SUBWAY TRAIN 3 avenues over on 1st ave and 1st. (Says 2nd ave but 24 hour entrance on 1st ave & Houston, 7 – 8 minute walk J,M,Z SUBWAY TRAIN on Essex & Delancey. 9 Minute walk M9 BUS Pick up in front of building. Takes you north to 27th & 1st or south to Financial district (South End & Albany) M21 BUS Pick up 40 feet away on Houston. Takes you west to West Village, Soho & Tribeca M14C BUS Pick up 30 feet away on C. Takes you north to 14th street then west thru Union Square hitting almost all subways and ending in Chelsea at 23rd and West side highway.
