THE SPACE This loft features two bedrooms, a full walk-in kitchen, in-unit washer and dryer, and distinct living and dining areas. With high-speed Wi-Fi and a dedicated workspace, it’s thoughtfully designed for both work and everyday living. The home also includes generous closet space and a fully equipped kitchen. The second bedroom is currently set up as an office, though our team can easily convert it into a bedroom and install a bed within 24 hours upon request. Please note that the building does not have an elevator, and access to the unit requires walking up several flights of stairs. ACCESS Guests will have access to the entire space. OTHER THINGS TO NOTE Haus' concierge service can coordinate cleanings, private events, and more for guests. We're able to schedule private chefs, excursions, and more -- just ask us when you book and we'll be happy to accommodate your preferences. Utilities for this unit are included in the listed price (wifi, electric, heat, etc). Excessive use of A/C (exceeding $250/mo) will be billed back to guests after move-out.
